A supreme court judge is more concerned about a candidate who loses an election and can’t go into retirement peacefully because he/she committed crimes and has to face accountability for his action, than the other side of the spectrum where a president is allowed to have absolute immunity to commit crimes while in office without ever facing consequences of such crimes.
